It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@phytoreform.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to receive the product, try, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Shipping from the Netherlands:
On working days before 16 :00 ordered, shipped the same day.
Shipping from Belgium:
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For example, if you ordered on Thursday evening, the package will be shipped the following Tuesday. The shipping/delivery time for orders to the Netherlands or Germany may be longer because the products are shipped from Belgium.
Products not in stock:
Since Part of our range consists of unique products/compositions, some products are produced to order. This may extend the delivery time of the products. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If you would like to receive an order within a specific time frame, please contact us. We can then check whether the products in question are in stock and whether they can be delivered on time.
For products that are not in stock or products that are produced to order, approximately 1 week must be taken into account. extra production time.
Sometimes packages are returned when they could not be delivered. As soon as we receive an order return, we will contact you and reship the package. If you have been expecting a package for a long time, but you have not yet received it and you have not received a message from us, please contact us. A package may have been lost. In that case, we will contact our delivery service to have the package delivered correctly.
